We utilize a systems approach to design, Orbison will work with our customers on a step by step process to ensure we produce the product best suited to your needs.

Our design and production operatives like to meet the customer to fully understand the requirement, our systems approach is a 4 stage process, we ensure customer engagement throughout each stage of the process.

Stage 1 – Concept
Stage 2 – Design
Stage 3 – Sample/Prototype Approval
Stage 4 – Manufacture

We have on site computer aided design software and computerized Gerber cutting tables, but most importantly our production staff have decades of experience in textile engineering.
